Antipasti Platter = $900
A fine selection of local cheeses, quince paste, charcuterie boards, prosciutto, charcoaled aubergine, zucchinis, woodfired sourdough, chutneys, relishes, black grapes, infused olive oils, marinated olives, pancetta wrapped dates, wild figs (all those produce are sourced locally)
Mediterranean Entree = $400
Wood Fired Bruschetta with Tomatoes and Parmesan and Wood Fired Herbal Garlic Bread
A selection of 80 wood fired gourmet Pizzas (feeds easily 100 people) = $1730
All pizzas are large in size, with a 13inch diameter. We cut them into eight pieces.
Salad Buffet or Salad Bowls placed on each table = $800
A generous salad buffet with a selection of 3 fresh gourmet salads (please see menu)
Desserts (please see menu) = $600
Homemade Sugarcane, Ginger, Lemon & Mint Juice – $7 per liter
goes great as a welcome punch/cocktail with spiced brown rum, vodka or as a non alcoholic ‘mocktail’
Tea and Coffee

Bar staff and Waiters – $35 per hour
Our pizzas are served on handmade timber platters
We use recycled paper plates, serviettes and wooden forks
